Michael Kuznetsov serves as a Global Head to Far Point Global, where he leads the firm's go-to-market strategy efforts—guiding how products, platforms, and new offerings are positioned, launched, and scaled across target regions and verticals. His work sits at the intersection of growth strategy, compliance, and operational structure, ensuring Far Point Global's initiatives are built to move fast while staying institutionally sound.
A veteran of the startup and growth equity ecosystem, Michael has played a central role in launching and scaling some of the most successful platforms in the last decade. He was part of the early team at Wayfair, helping to shape its e-commerce go-to-market strategy pre-IPO, and later helped Talkspace scale its direct-to-consumer telehealth model to national prominence. He also held leadership roles at InsightSquared, an enterprise analytics company, and most recently at Redesign Health, a healthcare-focused private equity firm. There, he advised dozens of portfolio companies on how to build the foundational systems—both technological and operational—required for compliant, high-growth market entry.
Michael holds degrees from Tufts University in International Relations and from the University of Chicago, where he honed his approach to systems design and strategic execution. He brings to Far Point Global a tested, practical playbook for taking new ventures to market—successfully, sustainably, and at scale.
