Epic Real Estate Investments
Project: 81 unit multifamily residential development
Far Point Global provided consulting to achieve stringent sound ratings required for the glazing packages in this multifamily development. Given the building’s location and its usage, the glass had to meet significantly higher acoustic standards than those typically available for residential products. After months of rigorous evaluation, we helped create custom-designed windows to meet the specified STC ratings, all while staying within budget constraints.
Far Point Global will also procure the doors, millwork, countertops, and fixtures for this project—delivering these solutions at substantial cost savings compared to the next lowest bidder.
Texas Steel Supply
Far Point Global was engaged to source manufacturers for a range of advanced custom CNC machinery. This includes a PBR corrugated roof panel roll forming machines, C&Z purlin roll forming machines, gutter and downspout roll forming machines, CNC plasma cutting machines, B-deck machines, decoilers, and slitting lines.
In addition to the machinery Far Point Global was also hired to supply vapor barrier in bulk, with custom packaging.
Hidden Farm LLC
Far Point Global led negotiations with multiple stakeholders and the city government to facilitate a land swap agreement with neighboring entities. This unlocked substantial equity in the property, enabling the construction of multiple luxury single-family homes on the site.
Far Point Global’s responsibilities included conducting comprehensive due diligence, engaging architects and engineers, and currently serving as the owner’s representative throughout the design and build processes. The project is now in the permitting phase, with groundbreaking scheduled for September 2025.
In addition to its standard supply operations, Far Point Global will provide pre-fabricated metal framing for the development. This approach will significantly accelerate the construction timeline while delivering substantial labor cost savings.
